tolibut

Tolibut, also known as 3-(p-tolyl)-4-aminobutyric acid (or β-(4-methylphenyl)-GABA), is a GABA analogue developed in Russia. It is a chemical compound similar to phenibut, but with a 4-methyl substitution instead of a 4-chloro substitution found in baclofen.
